30 Day Positive Thinking Challenge – Day 1
Where to start, when you want to change your thinking?
“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, what ever is admirable – if anything is excellent and praiseworthy – think about such things.” (Philippians 4:8).
God is asking us to only think about positive things, but how many times a day do you find yourself with a negative thought? I bet you have more negative thoughts than you realize.
All day today, keep a journal of every negative thought that you have. You can even jot them down on a piece of paper or on a portable device. Then around bedtime tonight, I want you to look back over your negative thoughts. Pay close attention to how many negative thoughts that you had. Now imagine, that, for each negative thought you had a positive thought instead. How different would your life be?
